FAQ
What file format do you provide?
STL files. They work with every 3D printing slicer (Cura, PrusaSlicer, BambuStudio, OrcaSlicer, you name it). Some collections may include STEP files for advanced CAD modifications.
Can I modify the designs?
Personal license: Yes, modify for your own use. Commercial license: Yes, modify and sell the modified prints. But you cannot redistribute the STL files themselves.
What if the print doesn't work?
These files are tested, but printers vary. If you're having issues, email us with your printer model, material, and settings. We'll help troubleshoot. If the file is actually defective, we'll refund you. Make sure to introduce yourself to the README.txt every package contains. As there are material and settings based nuances considering the joint tolerances specifically when those are of concern. Do not hestitate to reach out.
Do you ship physical products?
Globally, no. We sell digital STL files only. You need a 3D printer or access to a printing service to create the physical objects. If you are looking for brand desing, we can work with you based on the distance and the product in question. If you are located in Finland we can manufacture and deliver.
How fast do I get the files?
Instant download on and Cults3D after purchase. Patreon members get immediate access to all files via patron-only posts. The patreon includes every design we have ever made and there is no monthly download limit, nor does the license run out after cancellation.
What's the difference between personal and commercial licenses?
Personal: Print for yourself or as gifts. Don't sell prints or redistribute files. You are free to modify.
Commercial: Print and sell unlimited physical items. Free to modify and sell modified copies. Still can't redistribute the STL files.
